The founder of this law firm is Mr. Suwat Ningsanont (formerly was a member of the house parliament) and was the personal adviser lawyer of Mr. Samak Sundaravej (the 25th Prime Minister of Thailand). Mr. Suwat Ningsanont, who was a senior lawyer at that time, who had been practicing law and advising before that, in 1977 founded a law firm called Samak & Associate Law office.

Later in 1979, Mr. Suwan Buacharern (was born 1955)

In 2000, this firm changed its name to Suwat International Law and Notary Office, and its office is located in Bangkok only.

In 2024, this firm has changed its name to Suwat Law Firm.

The office is located at Quant Sukhumvit 25 building, 6th floor, room 33, Sukhumvit 25 alley, Sukhumvit road, Klongtoey Nua Sub-district, Watthana District, Bangkok. ผู้ก่อตั้งสำนักงานที่ปรึกษากฎหมายแห่งนี้ คือ นายสุวัฒน์ นิงสานนท์ (อดีตเคยเป็นสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนของกรุงเทพมหานคร ) และเคยเป็นทนายความที่ปรึกษาประจำตัวของ นายสมัคร สุนทรเวช (อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีคนที่ 25 ของประเทศไทย )

นายสุวัฒน์ นิงสานนท์ ซึ่งเป็นทนายความอาวุโสในขณะนั้น ในปี พ.ศ. 2520 ได้ก่อตั้งสำนักงานที่ปรึกษากฎหมายชื่อ สมัครแอนด์ แอชโชชิเอส โดยทำงานด้านกฎหมาย มาก่อน ปี พ.ศ. 2520(1977)

และต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2522 (1979)

นายสุวรรณ บัวเจริญ (วุฒิการศึกษา น.บ., น.บ.ท. สมัย 31(ปีการศึกษา 2521), น.ม.) ได้เข้ามาเป็นทนายความที่สำนักงานดังกล่าว.

ปี พ.ศ. 2543 สำนักงานดังกล่าวได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น Suwat International Law  and Notary office มีที่ตั้งสำนักงานอยู่ที่กรุงเทพมหานคร แห่งเดียวเท่านั้น

ในปัจจุบัน ปี พ.ศ. 2567(2024) สำนักงานได้เปลี่ยนชื่อใหม่เป็น Suwat Law Firm

และได้ย้ายสำนักงานมาอยู่ที่ อาคาร ควอนท์ สุขุมวิท 25 ชั้นที่ 6 ห้อง 33 ถนนสุขุมวิท ซอย 25 แขวงคลองเตยหนือ เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โทร. 02-200-1154 และมือถือโทร. 089-890-7447 โดยมีนายสุวรรณ บัวเจริญ เป็นทนายความและเป็นผู้จัดการสำนักงานตั้งแต่ปี 2543(2000) จนถึงในปัจจุบันนี้ รวมระยะเวลาการทำงาน 45 ปี.
